Compact and robust
The SANDING ARC 7 Total Station in its robust design is very easy to use. It is equipped with the optional Windows CE FieldGenius application software from MicroSurvey or Carlson SurvCE.
The touch screen speeds up and simplifies the work process and finds individual menu items and measurement modes. The use of a fully usable alphanumeric keyboard and an on-screen "pop-up" keyboard makes data entry easy and efficient. It features an encoder system with excellent angular precision and the TP sensor allows self-determination of temperature and pressure in the working environment and automatically calculates the angular and distance correction coefficient.
In addition to standard software applications, you can use a route planner, volume calculator, or simple CAD functions. Measurements can be made without the use of additional transfer programs in different formats to process programs of this type. For example, AutoCAD can be imported or exported.

This easy-to-use software has a clear overview and a wide range of applications, such as measurement and control of points, lines and stake out points, and simple and precise parking modes. The fast EDM enables reflectorless measurements up to 1000m and prism-based measurements up to 5,000m.
The integrated laser plummet ensures quick installation over known points even under difficult conditions. All stations are equipped with stakeout aid. Two rechargeable lithium-ion batteries allow the total station to be used even after a day's work.
All stored measurements can be easily transmitted via RS-232 cable, Bluetooth® or via a memory Sd card. The connectors are well protected against dust and water embedded in the keyboard shell.
